    sorry for another post. im wondering if i could have a filter on a screen live. like a crt filter on my monitor and not just a game. on my screen. imagine reshade fx filters on a monitor/screen

    So what I'm trying to do is to use retroarch shaders on external games. Like using the CRT shader on counter strike. This is the only place i trust people to know what they are doing. Help please
