Sorry for confusion ... Yeah I knew what it was supposed to mean ,but it just displays funny... It probably is my graphics card because I can't get my ROMs to load.... Intel HD 2000 graphics driver... Uggh.... Appreciate the help

I really am unsure what I am looking at or how this has happened new install... new user... please help... when i choose a core it does a weird text string in the bottom corner also... what I attached was the frames per second & what happens when I hit Esc key
