this is where my games are stored

When I try to import a rom through Launchbox. The rom doesn’t show up, I know the folder is there. I’ve made a folder under the LB folder called games.Thats where everything is stored. Is it because the folder of lb and the games folder itself on read only? I tried every way to removing the “read only” title in the properties setting. And when I recheck it goes back to “read only”.
