This also happens for me but it doesn't only concern the larger systems. Latest process where it got stuck for me on "Video_System_Intro_MP4"-file was for Nintendo Pokemon Mini - one of the smallest systems there is. Other systems where I also managed to make this happen were Sega Dreamcast and Nintendo DS. This issue started happening after the latest update 12.9. I've never experienced this before.
