No further help possible here? I guess I will go to back to free recalbox. I wish I would have known this before I spent $75.

Hi. Thanks for the fast reply. I actually ran that .NET repair program hoping to fix the problem. At the end it says "the tool has repaired .NET Frameworks found on this computer." But then LaunchBox still won't open.

Hi. I've been using the free recalbox on a pi for years without issue. Today I decided to download LaunchBox after seeing ETA Prime recommend it. I bought the lifetime license, downloaded it to a windows 7 laptop, installed. Now when I try to open it, the program crashes. A windows dialogue box says: "LaunchBox has stopped working." And that's it. I'm running Windows 7, service pack 1, Microsoft says newest direct x already installed, have .net framework 4.8. Program installed in C:/users/lenovo/launchbox I'd like to give more information, but don't know what else I can say. Happy to answer any questions and hope I can get this running.
