I may have been the only one to struggle with this, but I had a heck of a time getting the clear logo of custom playlists to appear in various big box themes. I would make a custom image that I wanted to appear in big box, and it would either revert back to the plain text or a previous image. I found out that you have to go into the image folder>BB Cache> and delete everything related to that playlist. the playlist images are at the bottom. scroll down, delete the images you don't want, then put your new image in under clear logo. I spent way too much time figuring that one out. Hope this helps someone!

What I did was map one of my arcade buttons to a macro that launched Big Box. its not perfect, but it works. I am not sure if you could just go into task manager and set Big Box to open on startup and nothing else to ?
