Greetings, i need help with binding my joystick to play Lode Runner on the Nestopia emulator. But i find it really confusing to bind the controls. First of all, there are three different types of input settings. I have tried setting binds for all of them but the game is still not responding. Secondly, are mapping settings in the launchbox for the emulators? This still confuses me. If you know how to set up binds for the Nestopia emulator, please respond. Thank you.

How do i set up the controls in emulators?

So recently i brought a joystick called the Thrustmaster 16000 to play games on the launchbox. I also have premium license for launchbox so i also have bigbox. I dont know how to set up controller automation to play games and the joystick doesnt work when playing games from the launchbox and bigbox. If anyone knows how to set up controller automation or how to set up a joystick to play games on launchbox in general please let me know.
