The DS4 is connected via Bluetooth (win10) and is fully recognized in Windows. in Options => Controllers I can see it listed as: Device: Wireless Controller but when I got to mapping and I press any of the buttons it doesn’t respond on launch box... i’m out of ideas

So my Dual Shock 4 is connected via Bluetooth in windows and is recognized. in Options->controller- it’s listed as: Device: Wireless Controller so it recognizes it, but when I press a button it doesn’t do anything. when I try to map a button in Controller Mapping: I press buttons on the DS4 but it doesn’t show on app... what am I doing wrong?
