Other than going to Manage Themes in BigBox selecting a theme and then selecting Install am I supposed to do something else and separate??

Sorry meant to include, running newly installed latest version of Windows 10 up to date patches. Core i7-2600, 3.4GHz 4/8 cores, 20gb ram. Nothing else really installed. Mike

I am new to Launchbox/Bigbox and have just purchased BigBox and installed a new computer from scratch over the last couple days. I have about 8 platforms installed and around 3000 games. I believe when I select any theme with full screen video I just get a mostly blank screen, maybe platform name or other scrolling text but no video. If I change the View I can find other views that show stuff. The default view of CoverBox, RetroFresh and any Unified all show blank screens, which I assume are suppose to be full screen videos. Thanks for the help! Mike
