SORTED!! I Right click-change image group-'boxes' and now 99% are fine!! Thanks you so much for your help, I would not have got here without it. Something to consider for others that have this...

Oh, and if I click on the game and 'view images' they show up!

I did select EMU movies as well as LB? Will that make a difference? If not I will do as you recommend-thankyou!

Right, it is not letting me change any of the image settings. I can't move it up and it appears locked? If I click on 'move selected up' nothing happens at all. It then reverts back to the current settings once I return to the settings after clicking ok. So-options locked, settings do not change at all. This was a pre-build so there may be something locked?

I tried both...OK a few times and then the x top right. It thinks about something, does nothing a then reverts to as shown when I go back in.

I tried your instructions but the option does not save-it just reverts back to 3d image only and the other boxes revert to blank? So, I click on fan art, box art front then OK. Nothing changes and when I return to options it is still just 3d clicked?

Hi, thanks for the reply. I have attached a file that shows two screenshots: the first is how it looks on LB and the second shows that there is an image. I download it but the image does not show up and remains grey. Refresh images etc does not bring it up. This has happened across platforms, about 5% total. Launchbox Image Demo.docx

Hi all, I have searched but cannot find a solution so hopefully I am not duplicating. For some reason not all images are showing on Launchbox or big box: what makes this strange is that I am downloading the files and they are previewed there but when it comes to adding them they don't appear at all. I do EDIT-IMAGES-DOWNLOAD IMAGES-CHECK ALL-DOWNLOAD-OK...that works for some but not all? The confusing bit is that there isn't a consistency so that's why I am baffled? The games work fine. Grateful for some guidance as it appears to be a simple fix...
