I wasn't referring to the volcano one, I was referring to the other ones like Earthworm Jim and Super Mario Ball, which don't seem too bad quality. I also did post another version of the volcano template afterwards which might be good enough for you.

Here are four European GBA releases with different titles than their US counterparts: (Apologize if some of the SpongeBob ones aren't good enough quality; two of them are also for other systems.
