Hi, Maybe this has been answered elsewhere and the question is old but since I was not able to find an answer the way I solved this is below. So you'll need HandBreak or something similar to resolve this. Basically load up your video, for 1080p use the settings below process and you should have a 4:3 video. The icon for your video on the desktop will be almost square indicating successful conversion. What is important here is not only the cropping but display size if that is not modified you'll still get 16:9 in BB. Hope this helps.
