sorry to revive this old thread but I just found this searching google for info on how to do this as well, I have found files for both in the game data for Wrath of Cortex and Nitro Kart as "crashoot.bin" for Crash Blast and "ccp_boot.bin" for Crash Party, I know it is somehow possible to do because I have found others of Nights Into Dreams: Score Attack and Animal Island, just the way of how I have no idea, but figured I would share this info I have found, they can be opened as is with a GBA emulator, but they don't seem to actually play as is
