I ran it as Admin to see if it would do anything different than what it did as shown above. The same thing happened both times.

It just sits and sits at this dialog.........never going past it.

I've downloaded the EXE file and ran it as Administrator (version 11.9). I set all files to extract to a shared HDD (as suggested on the website/video tutorials so all PC's can run it). 1st run of the LaunchBox.exe, and it sits at Loading Interface. Has been there for about an hour now.
