Hey all, Just got my new Xtension controller and it works great. Problem I am having is the trackball doesn't work when launched in Big Box or using Launch Box, only when launching MAME stand alone. I am sure it is some stupid setting somewhere, but I am going crazy. Mainly using the trackball for the Golden Tee games, which all work and have been tested using the trackball on the controller via MAME directly, so it must be something within the Launchbox/Big BOx software somewhere? Any help appreciated!

Got the game launching finally and had to also clear the NVRAM, now I just need to figure out how the hell to use a controller/extension board. There's a lot of information in the readme file, so I guess I will start there. Thanks for the help!

No, and perhaps that is where we need to start. I was following the instructions right on the download page under help/installation. I keep getting "could not open swtrilgy.zip". I am in the C:/Supermodel dir and ready to input the command to launch the game. According to the instructions I should be putting in: C:\Supermodel>supermodel swtrilgy.zip Am I missing something? The rom for now is located within the default rom folder in the Supermodel extracted folder. EDIT: Yes, I am using the most recent build SNV 860 EDIT 2: Finally got the game to launch somewhat, I had the rom within a separate rom folder and that was why it couldn't fin it. Now it appears to launch and says, "failed feedback lever initialize. Power off and restart this system". Gotta be getting close now...

I have spent now over (2) hours trying to get Sega Model 3 emu to work. This is the only one I have not been able to figure out. I have watched video tutorials, threads here and no matter what I have tried, Supermodel.exe just opens and closes. I am pulling my hair out trying to figure this out. At this time, I am simply tying to launch and test Star Wars Trilogy. I am sure what I am missing is something stupid, but I have tried so many variations and just am stumped. ANY help appreciated. Running Win 10 and am a paid member as of recent. Loving Big box and have everything running great and every emulator and game up to now has worked flawlessly. I am pretty tech savvy, so I know it is a small error somewhere on my end. I would greatly appreciate any/all help
