Hi faeran, Thank you so much for your response. I did as you suggested and Bigbox did indeed load up. I've run in to another problem now but I'll try and solve it myself before posting here. Thanks again for your advice.

Hello everyone, All was well until update 11.13. Now bigbox closes Launchbox and begins to load then the weird low voice mumbles BigBox followed by..... nothing. I'm kinda new to all this so any tips in layman terms would be appreciated. I was hoping the rapid roll out 11.14 was a fix for this but I guess not. I am running windows 10. Launchbox still works fine. It's only BigBox. Launching BigBox independently has the same result. Many thanks for your advice in advance.

Thanks for at least offering the trick to closing the programme without restarting the machine. It's a bit heart breaking that I've got everything running great except model 2.
