ive tried 10-13 and 12.1. both have had an issue with .net framework 4.8? Being Blocked from the emulator goodness.

hi, first time poster. long time gamer. Ive just been gifted a pc, wanting to install launchbox. My installation is getting blocked due to .net 4.8 framework I believe windows 10 runs 4.8 as standard. i ve tried everything to try and fix this issue offline installations, youtube fixes. What am i not seeing.
