For others that see this and need resolution, you can select all the games you would like to favorite and then right click and choose "Open bulk edit wizard" and find "Favorite" and check it for all the games at once.

Doubting this can be done but I just ended up favoriting all games in my playlist and this solves the issue.

Showing favorites first is excellent when I have 800 NES games and 20 are my favorites. But when I have a Final Fantasy playlist that goes in sequential order through all games I have then I don't want to show my favorites first for the playlist. Is there any way to toggle showing favorites first based on "platform" as my playlists show up as platforms?

Wondering if this simple but sorely need feature was ever added? Is this tool still in development? I've seen other projects being started.
