Dyamic Disassembly

So is it possible to just do the install on a portable HDD and then just move it to a new computer? I mean install it from the EXE and add all the ROM's unplug from main computer and take it to another. I dont can't install it on my bros computer(it is a work computer) but it is allow to run programs from a USB.

how do i use a stand alone. do you mean to just download it and use it outside of RA. sorry this is my first time doing emulation on PC. also where can i get the stand alone?

i can not get pcsx2 to work at all. it will not load. all i get is the little spinny shape on my mouse for less then a second then nothing. i have tried updating it and all the basic things like turn it off and on. idk what to do now
