I found a Rom for Fix-It Felix Jr. that states it's for a genesis emulator but when attempting to load it into Launch/Big box it seems to have trouble recognizing it. Below is a picture of all the files included in the download. How do I get this up and running? For all other files uploads have been fairly simple and issue free but this one is giving me trouble.

Launching Big Box with Unified Refried theme installed and the main screen with system selection appears half functional. The selection wheel is present and when a system is highlighted the appropriate information appears (release date, highlight, etc) as well as the name date and time but the actual background which according to the theme options preview should be a picture of the system and playing video is just black. In addition when selecting into a system the background now appears but no game preview videos play and while if a soundtrack is available it plays there’s also seemingly a delay as I hear game sounds not matching to a highlighted game and even selection/scroll dings. What the heck is going on
