Situation
Began with an older version of LaunchBox maybe 11.??
everything worked fine
Started downloading update to latest version
Windows crashed due to video card failure
found card slightly out of it's slot, fixed and rebooted
LaunchBox is still working fine
Downloaded and Successfully installed update to latest version (automagically)
LaunchBox crashes every time on startup with this same message
Uninstalling and reinstalling LaunchBox fixed it for me.
