Hi! I regret to say that since the version 13.18 updates give error messages and ruins everything. The problem is with the plugins. I erased the existing plugins, but the same error notification appeared at the end of updating. I hope somebody has a solution for this.

Hi, launchbox 13.9 windows version gave error message while installing plugin. All my installation is gone. Need help!

You might possibly changed the letter of the device your roms are in. So look at the device letter in launcbox edit window and then change the letter of the device your roms are in.
