I had same problem. The solution is one a ps2 game that won’t load in LaunchBox, long press on game icon, edit metadata. From there click start up file. Navigate to where game is located, this time select the .bin (not .cue) for the particular game. Remember to select save further on down the menu. Now load game from LaunchBox and it works perfectly
