  1. Anyone think they might have an idea as to what's causing this? I don't have another controller to test unfortunately
  2. I got launchbox set up with some nes games, but I noticed that when I connect my xbox 360 controller, the games run very slow. If I restart the game without the controller, it runs normal. If I plug in the controller while the game is running, it works fine, so it seems the issue only happens when I start the game with the controller enabled.
  3. I redownloaded a non merged set and redid all the steps in the video. For the most part, things seem to be working fine now. Thanks for the help
  4. Ah ok. Now instead of seeing a blank demul window (3rd pic), it opens demul with the error message in the 4th pic. I just rewatched the video on another device with sound, and it seems I may have gotten the wrong rom set. I'm getting the non merged set now and will see if that helps solve the problem.
  5. I read a few of the demul threads, but haven't read through all of them. I can't seem to figure this out. I followed the video tutorial (without sound), so I'm wondering if I'm skipping a step. I can't seem to load the games through LB or directly from the emulator itself. When I try to load a game through LB, the demul window pops up, but no game. When I try to load it through demul itself, I get an error. All the directories seem to be correct. I got the files from the archive site which includes the latest version of demul. In other threads, I see mentions of a bios file. None of the game zip files that I've looked in have a bios file in them. I downloaded mvc2 from different sites and could not find a bios file in those either, so I'm not sure where to get that or if that's even my issue.
  6. Try this: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/search.html#q=&sort=relevancy&f:@tabfilter=[Downloads]&f:@stm_10385_en=[Graphics] Find the driver that applies to your CPU and install it. I just did that for mine and after a restart, all was well. I did not have to mess with any of the settings
  7. Ok so I found the solution for my issue. See if this applies to you. Since I have intel's integrated graphics, I had to download the driver from here (select whatever applies to you): https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/search.html#q=&sort=relevancy&f:@tabfilter=[Downloads]&f:@stm_10385_en=[Graphics] After that, I restarted my PC and ran bigbox. All seems to be fixed at this time. I did not have to mess with any of the options within the program, so it seemed to fix everything on it's own.
  8. I'm having the same exact issue, but it seems to only be with bigbox. I can't remove my license file to test it out or else I won't be able to run bigbox. I've checked several other threads about this and currently, there seems to be two solutions. 1. Look for and remove a windows service called "nahimic". I currently don't see that running, so next step. 2. Disable/enable anti-aliasing in your graphic settings. I only have integrated graphics (intel), so I'm currently searching how to find that setting. I'll report back once I figure it out
