Nevermind, I figured it out, configuration saving doesn't work while Overrides are in effect.

I do have that enabled, do I need Use Global Core Options File enabled also?

When saving shader presets for a core, or as a global preference they are reset every time Launchbox starts up retroarch. Is there any known workaround for this?
