I purchased a licence of LaunchBox for Android and I'm having some insurmountable problems with it, the biggest being the time it takes to start with a large library which can be minutes at a time, even on a SHIELD TV Pro which brings me onto the second problem which I don't believe is your issue but the SHIELD is VERY aggressive with culling background apps so as soon as the emulator is done I have the repeat the cycle of waiting minutes to use LaunchBox again because Android TV killed it.
I would love to exchange it for a Windows licence and I'll use it via Moonlight on the SHIELD.
