FYI, I gave up and removed 13.10 & reinstalled 13.8 which works again. New one does not. My antivirus is off.

I am having a similar problem. I upgraded via the LB prompt from 13.8 to 13.10 on Win 10 Home & when I launch LB it starts with progress bar and then puff just disappears and nothing happens. I tried installing & reinstalling and yes it is not in launchbox/launchbox. I just bought the darn thing & barely have 4 weeks into it and already this thing is a dud.
