Recent had an update on launchbox and its effect sega model 3 games in which they previoulsy ran well now its slow for some reason can anyone help

Hello, I've been using this application to run Sega Model 3 to play Spikeout/Final edition and its been great so far but a recent update came in and now the game is rtunning slower for some reason If anyone can help that'll be great
