I have installed v13.16 Beta 1, and this issue no longer occurs. Imports are as before with no Retroarch core downloading.

I also have this problem. If I wait long enough, the cores download task finishes, and I can continue to import. But it's a long annoying wait 1-3 minutes

I have unchecked this each time, and it still attempts to download any missing cores:

So LaunchBox has recently taken to displaying "Downloading Missing Retroarch Cores" and taking forever to complete a single drag n drop import of a title. I'm not sure when this behavior started - probably a few releases back; I haven't imported any titles in a while, but each game I import takes 3 minutes of waiting while LaunchBox does god-knows-what in the background, preventing me from importing additional games. I installed RetroArch a while ago on my F: drive, but moved the folder to my newer, larger hard drive. RetroArch is listed as a plugin, but I don't really remember enabling this. What am I doing wrong?
