Thank you! Now that I've noticed it happening repeatedly, I'm trying to take notes. Unfortunately, most of the time, I can't figure out what could have caused it. But note away I shall in the meantime.

Apologies if this counts as a necro, but I just started having this issue in the last day or two. I noticed last night while playing Red Rescue Team. When I enter a dungeon that requires quicksaving, I usually make a backup of my last save using Launchbox's built-in save backup feature in the Edit menu. Last night, I realized that when I did this, it was clearing my "Last Played," showing as if I'd never opened the game at all. I'm not positive how long this has been going on, but it's a fairly recent issue, as I frequently sort by "Last Played" so I don't forget about titles that I want to come back to but haven't touched in a few days. @AstroBob, If your offer still stands, I could attempt to help you pin this down.
