Hey thanks for the fast reply. Okay so I looked into things before replying you. I found somebody who made a banner for PS Vita and I looked into the Community Theme Creator (Evalutation only). What do I do if somebody made a banner already? Can I just drag and drop the file or do I need the Theme Creator? Thanks again
