Sorry for the necropost, but in order for this game to work, you need to rename the AirlinePilot Deluxe ROM to the name that it's shown in the emulator itself. I believe it's called "alpilot".
Also - the Naomi BIOS file is lacking some files to run this game, you need to decompress and transfer the AirlinePilot BIOS files into the Naomi BIOS one. To do so, open both the Naomi BIOS and the "airlbios" into your computer and transfer all the "airlbios" files inside the Naomi folder, then recompress it into a ZIP file and place it inside the same place where your game is.
It should work that way.
