HI All, Bumping old post with the Actual Solution as i just ran into the same problem as Colorman3605, When the File was finished downloading my Malware scanner picked up Util.zip as malware and deleted it automatically, i just disdabled it and redownloaded and reinstalled work no probs, hope that helps (Y)
