There is nothing legacy on this PC, it was built and windows installed specifically for this purpose, so while I can appreciate your response, it is not factual on this particular build.
windowscodecs.dll and coreclr.dll are core Windows/.NET files, a codec pack isn't touching those. If it were actually a codec conflict you'd expect the crash to point at the codec's own file, not stock system DLLs.
Also worth repeating - clean build, a little over a year ago, nothing legacy on here. And the fact that rolling back to 13.27 fixed it instantly kind of seals it. Same PC, same codecs, only thing that changed was the LaunchBox version. So whatever's going on, it's on the 14.0 side.
