I had a similar issue and found that using MAME’s mature flag with the Importer helped cut down those games, but it didn’t catch everything. I cross-referenced with lists from https://non-ukcasinos.org to spot extra gambling titles, which made cleaning things up a lot easier. Just had to double-check a few XML entries manually after that since MAME doesn’t always tag them the same way.
