Looks like it was set to Scrape as Windows?

Heya, just got premium and I could have sworn my platform icon for MS-DOS used to be the MS-DOS logo, now it seems to have changed to WIN. Not sure if messing around with the options I changed something or not, but I was wondering how I could adjust it to the correct icon.
