I've just recently did a fresh install of Launchbox on my gaming PC and I've gotten everything setup. The only thing I'm having issues with is video snaps are not showing in regular Launchbox near the overview / game info area on the right of the screen. It looks like it will only list 1 screenshot and 1 theme image. I have multiple images and videos for each of my games. My bar top setup lists everything and will also autoplay music / video. I have also made sure that autoplay audio and video have been selected. Videos and everything seem to be working just fine when in Big Picture mode, just not Launchbox.
