If you're running the original DOS version through LaunchBox, the keybinds are usually handled by the SETUP.EXE file located inside the game's main directory. Just right-click the game in LaunchBox, open the folder, and run that setup file to remap everything. We actually cover a lot of retro emulation guides and modern source ports here if you want to optimize your library further. But otherwise, switching to a source port like Raze (as Suhrvivor suggested) will definitely save you a lot of config headaches!
