Jason, sorry if I implied it was easy, I don't have a clue. I meant simpler as compared to what DOS76 was asking for, though I like his idea sometimes simple is better.

MultipleX, I asked for this earlier myself. I just like you tried the advance launcher, but wanted Launchbox to launch right from Kodi through a custom button, and not launch advance launch and then need to choice Lunchbox again through there. So here is what I did. I modified the Steam launcher for Kodi. I opened it up and changed the directory to Lunchbox/Bigbox. And using a different skin CCM, added a button called games on the main menu. Now when I click the "Games" button BigBox launches, and when I close BigBox Kodi comes back up. And since I used the steam launcher I have my steam games load through Lunchbox (BigBox). Here is a video of it. https://youtu.be/spbFAiKKIjA

I was thinking something simpler for right now. Something like this:

I started adding comic books, and I am finding it difficult to do without subcategories. If they exist I am unaware. For instants, If I added 100 Batman comics it would be nice to have 1 Batman category/tab with all of them listed under there, instead listed all out.

I found "thecoverproject.net" recently, they have excellent scans of many systems. Is it possible to you them at all?

I purchased Emumovies Download Service Utility (or the paid service I should say) In order to download videos now that Big Box supports videos (By the way Jason you are AWESOME!). I have my rom collections all extracted, and the ones with additional disc's, tracks, or bins are in folders. The problem I am having now is using this download utility to scan for Playstation 1, instead down loading 1 video per game it is seeing all the different bin files for each game (some 50-60 bins) and downloading a video for each one. (so sometimes 50-60 game-play videos per game) I had the same problem when scanning Commodore 64 into launchbox, then going through and needing to delete multiple disc from appearing. So my questions are: How do you guys have your roms collections set up? Are they compressed/archived/rar'd? Do all the emulators except rar or compressed files? Do rar or compressed files take much longer to load? Does having a multiple disc rar work, does it go on to playing the next disc? What kind of compression do you use? Or is there a simple way to scanning the folders and not downloading multiple videos for each different disc or bin? Thanks as always Jeremy

I know Launchbox/Big Box now supports game play videos, but does launchbox scrap for videos or do they need to be supplied from other sources. I am aware of emumovies.com, is that the recommended site, or is there a better one? Thanks Jeremy

I have a huge library for game and LaunchBox has been being sluggish to me, maybe this would help then?

I have been using EmuMovies Download Service Utility version 2.2 for any missing artwork after a gamedb scan, EmuMovies will usually have it. Its free unless you want the video gameplay clips (and even those are free but you'll need to pay for higher quality) but Ill get to that. Lately I have been noticing that the artwork pulled from EmuMovies is a much better quality than that pulled from thegamedb, the contrast is better, the picture are more detailed and clearer, and overall high quality. So I have been going back through and replacing existing artwork with that pulled from EmuMovies. This leads me to a few questions. 1) Can launchbox pull from the same place? Can the use EmuMovies to pull from? 2) Can Launchbox incorporate video gameplay clips. I use to use Rom Collection Browser with my Kodi (xbmc) setup, and with that you could enable video gameplay clips. I switch to Launchbox for a million better reasons, but it would be nice to have this. Thanks Syriacn

Im still in the works of adding the PS2 games, followed by MS-DOS games, then onto more Wii games. The hardest part of all of this is going through and adding artwork and a description to each and every games, a lot of times this meant just finding the correct names for them, the next pain was cleaning up demos, imports, and foreign versions of games.

Excellent SetaiBrad, That did the trick, thank you! I was just checking the full screen option with inside Launchbox. Now I need to figure out a hotkey or something to shut down these emulators, or exit back to launchbox. Jeremy

Hello, Im trying to get DOSbox to play in full screen. The games load great and play, but there in smaller boxed window. I have full screen checked in the DOSBox settings in Lunchbox. Thanks

Is this possible? I just started my MS-DOS collection, but when I imported it, it went under PC which my steam and modern PC collection is. Is is possible to create custom platforms, like a MS-DOS platform. Thanks

Has anyone figured out an emulator for Android games that will launch through Launchbox? I have tried Andy and like it, but can't figure out how to launch games through Launchbox, same with Bluestack. I think it would be fun to play some of these games on my htpc.

Good morning kamyk2000, I will help you with all my settings, let me know what else I might help with or missed. Here we go. I running version 0.9.14 of Yabause. My .cue .bin files are loose in one directory. Yabause will launch and play any game through Launch Box. I do not have a single game chosen through the second cd path in Yabause, I have my D drive chosen, which is my physical DVD drive, not sure why but it worked. My games are on my network, I mapped my rom directory, they are on my F drive. I am not using a .bat file. I have included a few pictures of my settings.

Thanks kamyk2000 for he reply. I manage to get Yabause to launch the launch box, here is what I did. I downloaded and install DAEMON Tools. I then clicked on "Add DT Virtual Drive" under the "actions" tab. In Yabause, Under file, settings, General, CD-ROM, I made sure the "ISO-File Virtual Drive" was selected, and that the line below led to my Roms folder. Also towards the bottom of the General tab I click the "Autostart" box. After that I started up Launch Box and selected a Sega Saturn game, it loaded up and was very playable. Syriacn

Hello, I am having trouble loading Sega Saturn games (.cue's .bin) through Launch box. If I start up Yabause outside of Launch box (just double clicking the Yabause exe and load any game (cue file) the game loads perfectly. But not through Launch Box, after clicking on the game Yabause comes up, in a non-fullscreen mode and doesn't do anything. Any clues? Thanks for your time, PS love Launch Box!! Syriacn
