Just tested a download and no issue accessing Emumovies.
Yeah... It seems to be an issue on my end. Not sure what it is.
I can't connect to LB database either.
I'm going to edit the original post. -
EDIT: The issue is on my end.
I went looking in the EmuMovies forums but I couldn't find any issues on their side, so I'm asking over here.
I did however change my password as recommended on their site.I keep getting "Unable to login to Emumovies"
It started as I was putting together a LB collection together for my son's PC on a flash drive, but I'm having the same issue with my LB on my harddrive.
Anyone having the same issue?
Thanks for the help. -

The M30 sure is a looker, but I'd recommend the Hori Fighter Commander though.
But it's WIRED!!!
I know it's silly, but I want wireless.- 1

Did I miss something, or did 8BitDo change the specs on their M30?!?
I could have sworn the M30 was going to be 2.4GHz, but not bluetooth. Now it has bluetooth...
I WANT ONE!!!
M30 + SN30 + N64 + PS3 + wired X360 (will change for XboxOne wireless sooner or later) all I'm missing is a bluetooth GameCube controller (with the correct triggers), maybe a bt Atari 2600 stick, and I'd have a perfect set...- 1

Done, thanks again.

I somehow missed that link (I did look for it) when I wrote this.
Thanks. -
Not the end all cure, but a strong start.
I'm down from 30k+ games to 4k+ games. I can clean things up from there manually in LB
I still say post it in the tips.- 1

Bingo! Thank you very much. This works like a charm.
You should repost it in the tips section for everyone else. -

It's a square gate (Japanese style) and it uses switches so no comparison to an analog.

Do you like the Hori Rap 5? I never had one of those arcade sticks but am really curious how they feel, gaming with these on your lap.
I got it for fighting games on the switch, and I like it.
It is heavy enough that it feels solid on your lap, and the buttons feel good. I'm not a pro or anything, but I'm happy with it.
And the fact that I can use with the PC is a nice bonus.- 1

I forgot to add I have the Hori RAP 5 for Switch. It has a toggle for PC so use that with arcade games.
I don't know if I would call Holland a swamp, but then I don't live there... I'm in Paris, not a swamp but not the easiest place to find some goodies.- 1

I have Retro-Bit/8bitdo N64 bluetooth controller and it works great (for N64 of course), and I am looking at 8bitdo's GBros adapter so that I can use an official GameCube controller and NES/SNES mini controllers.
A similar controller to the six button Genesis layout is the most annoying controller to find...
Also as a warning, you don't want the current M30 since it isn't bluetooth. You'd need an adapter.
As I said, if you can be patient I will bet that the M30 Pro with bluetooth will appear sooner than later.- 1

Thank for a great app.
Would it be possible to add a button to the Audit window to breakout the additional apps for each game?
I'm trying to do a bulk clean up of Arcade games and it is quite difficult since I don't have an 'easy" way to copy a list of what is included in LB so that I can use something like LordMonkus's script to filter out any non imported ROMs.
I had original post about this that is is still ongoing, but I wanted to write a formal request.
Deleting non imported MAME gamesThanks again for everything.
EDIT: I created a BitBucket request for this, please vote it up if you are interested in this feature.
Issue #4725 -
(I didn't read through all the posts)
If you can be patient Retro Bit is releasing Genesis/MegaDrive & Saturn controllers (bluetooth and USB), and there is a rumored bluetooth one coming with analog sticks.
Also, 8bitdo is making a Genesis one for Analogue's new Genesis clone, so I guess it is only a matter of time before they release the Genesis equivalent of the SN30 Pro.
It's only speculation on my part, but very probable.- 1

I used the Romcenter filter to get rid of a big group of games, so that is a first step, but we still have the main issue.
I wish there was a "breakdown" button in the audit. Still hunting for an easy solution... -
DOS76: The Simpsons and TMNT have 2p and 4p versions.
JoeViking245: Even if the set is non-merged the games are merged into one in LB.
I'll test and see. -
Does this method include clones in the list?
-
Thank you!

I haven't found a solution yet, and I am still playing with the collection, however this might be of interest to you:
https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.reddit.com/r/MAME/comments/6b3kp4/how_i_deleting_from_romset_some_genres_like/
This should help deleting a good portion of the roms you don't need. Been playing with Romcenter last night, not the most intuitive, but usable. -
Media cleanup won't touch your ROMs.
Basically it looks at the game list, and the media folder.
Is the game there? Yes, keep image. No, delete image.
Is image A the same as image B? Yes, delete B. No, keep both.- 2
-
OKAY!!! Back to the original question.
Is there an easy way to compare imported arcade ROMs into Launchbox and the actual files in MAME's rom folder, so that one can delete all the non imported games?
Yes, it is a non-merged set... All 150GB of it.
I'm trying to be lazy here. ??? -

I thought that was pretty clear, but meh.
Yeah yeah...
If I wasn't trying to do a dozen things at once, AND focused my attention it probably would be ?
Thanks again y'all, and now I am off to the PleasureDome!!!- 1

I did, and it has access.
I had no issues setting up my own LB originally, so I'm guessing PEBKAC on my part.
