  1. you are correct, i am a dum dum. thanks!!!!!
  2. Hello, I have been a user for quite some time but re-activated my premium subscription. I am using the latest version and noticed that images come in fine when importing games. If it doesn't, I will find the game in the database and select it. From there, when I select the option to refresh all images, nothing happens. Any advice on how to fix? Thanks.
  3. Sorry - didn't mean to imply that you were griping. Basically, all I did was go into launchbox, click manage emulators, and remove the default script from the auto hotkey tab. I am using arcade controls with an encoder. Basically, I am just trying to keep it from crashing when guests play it. Think I've got it functioning properly now (knock on wood). Love the product so far.
  4. This was the controller shortcut. Lb is currently in an arcade cabinet in my setup I saw the other guys thread and figured it was different enough to warrant a new thread. thanks for your insight guys, I ran about ten tests w each emulator after implementing the fix, will let u know if I run into any issues
  5. Ok so I deleted the ahk script in both emulators and that seems to have done the trick for now.
  6. Saw in another thread that someone went back to 7.0 and that addressed the issue. What is the easiest way to do that? Sorry, am not proficient enough to start editing my own ahk script
  7. It seems like about 50% of the time when I exit a game from PS2 (PCSX2 emulator) or the SNES (SNES9x), not only do I exit the game, but it also hides Launchbox and shows my desktop. However, Launchbox is still running. I tried some other systems / emulators like Dolphin and Nestopia but those work perfectly fine. Previous versions of Launchbox haven't had this issue - I last update about a week and half ago. Thanks, Dave
  8. I freed up some system memory and that seems to have fixed things. (Knock on wood) I also stopped a few system processes that I guess had been changed from disabled to enabled w the DirectX install. Thx for looking into it. Love the product interface. My grievance is w Microsoft
  9. Not sure why this would be related to Page Down. Basically this computer sits in my arcade cabinet and I never touch it with the keyboard unless something is wrong. Everything goes through an arcade joystick. Is there a tech support number to call you guys at? In the future, I would advise you to make any kind of Windows updates optional. I've spent 5+ hours troubleshooting the issue this week which is oddly enough far longer than it took to set this product up.
  10. fix isn't working. keep getting this error. what does it mean System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at (GamesViewModelBase ) at BigBox.ViewModels.GamesViewModelBase.OnPageDown() at (MainViewModel ) at BigBox.ViewModels.MainViewModel.OnPageDown() at BigBox.ViewModels.MainViewModel.<>c__DisplayClass182_0.<HandleJoystickButtonHeld>b__0() at System.Windows.Threading.ExceptionWrapper.InternalRealCall(Delegate callback, Object args, Int32 numArgs) at System.Windows.Threading.ExceptionWrapper.TryCatchWhen(Object source, Delegate callback, Object args, Int32 numArgs, Delegate catchHandler)
  11. I fixed the DLL error and it seems to be running back to normal. However, I have seen an error that showed up within Launchbox a few times. It may be due to a system memory issue. I sent it your way, I think I have resolved it. Thanks for your help.
  12. I know this isn't technically a Launchbox problem, but whatever the latest DirectX that was pushed down in concert with the Launchbox update screwed up my video display royally. For some reason the fix I did last night no longer seems to work. I no longer have an earlier system restore to return to. I guess I will have to keep messing around with the DirectX add in.
  13. Hello, I was enjoyed the product until this evening. I updated to the latest version of Launchbox and a version of DirectX was pushed down to my computer. I now get a message that says rundll - there was a problem starting autocraciesoyez.dll. The specified module could not be found. Games that ran at 50-60 fps now run at 10-20 fps. Please assist. I am on Windows 7. I would prefer to keep the machine "static" i.e. not receive any more updates. I have no interest in upgrading to Windows 10 as I have little memory left on this PC. Edit: Did a system restore and it seems to have fixed issue for now, will do some more testing to see if I run into any issues.
  14. Hello, I like the product and will get the Big box once I get a few things ironed out. I've gotten several emulators to work without any issues. Couple of Questions 1) When launching mame from outside of Launchbox, it works fine without any issues. However, when I launch it from within Launchbox, it pops up, and then crashes within 2 seconds. Any idea what might be causing this? This is v 0.1460 2) How do I get emulators to launch in a full screen window once launched? Do I have to do this outside of Launchbox?
