Looking forward to the new image system, Brad. Yep, it exists :) I'm not expecting perfection, especially with how new things are. Agreed with the FF3 and FF6 being marked accordingly. I finally figured out how to view the new Coverflow system last night (wasn't too hard..duh..!) I sat back and viewed all my old NES games in pure retro bliss :D (for probably too long), flipping the boxes over, etc. Very impressive job and am definitely not regretting going for the paid version. Just curious and not a big deal, but is there a direct way to flip the box or play the game without going into the game's menu? I'm using a X360 controller for navigation.

Thanks for the info cheesycrouton. I noticed on the games DB site for Final Fantasy III that there are 2 separate entries with the same name- one has the FFVI cover and one has the FF3 cover (the one I prefer). Guess I'll play around with the settings to try and pull the correct one. Thanks.

I couldn't even find how to change the view, so I'll start with what cheesy said :) I was looking for a "View" option somewhere under options, didn't know it was that deep in the options menu- I'll try that. On another note, I noticed that the box pic for SNES Final Fantasy III shows "Final Fantasy VI", not the SNES cover/title. Is there a way to leave feedback for the games database stuff? I understand that III really is VI, yada yada, but my SNES game was indeed FF3 here in the States :)
  4. Yeah, I use duplicate mode pretty much daily with my job and home setup - second nature now! I do have Webroot AV software running, but have never seen any warnings, etc. No scanning operations/RAM monitoring that i know of. I should mention I have several controllers plugged in at all times, including an Xbox 360 controller, running SCP service to use my PS3 controller wirelessly with my pc (recognized as Xinput), Mayflash SNES to USB controller and retrolink NES/USB controller adapters. Would there be anything in the Windows error logs at all?
  5. Duplicate mode is not AMD specific - it's the Windows display mode (Windows key + P, select duplicate). Used because i often have my main PC monitor and TV on at the same time, and will switch between the two for my display. My GFX card is less than 2 yrs old, CPU and MOBO about 4 yrs. Launchbox is installed on my F:\, which is a local disk (Western Digital Black 3TB HDD, less than a year old). Win10 X64. 8GB of RAM. I have set Launchbox's RAM cache to around 1.5GB.
  6. Hello, I have a Win10 Pro x64 system and am using Launchbox premium (most recent version(s)). Regardless of the version, it crashes frequently on me, most often on starting up Launchbox or Big Box - where can i get the logs for troubleshooting purposes, or any ideas? I use it frequently, if not exclusively, with RetroArch. I'd say it crashes at least once every time I use it.. "Launchbox has stopped working.." or something similar. If it matters, i have an AMD FX8320 processor and AMD 280X gfx card usually in "duplicate" mode. Thanks.

Hello, This is a totally noob question - how do i switch to one of the new views that were recently released in Big Box? I have the paid premium version and will be updating. I can't seem to find the option to change to the coverflow, Hyperspin wheel, etc.. Thanks!
  8. Awesome, thanks guys. So I'll just copy and paste that line (with the name of my core) into the CMD. I left the name of my SNES as the default, so it should just be Super Nintendo Entertainment System I'd imagine..Do i put that line in for the "main" emulator settings for my SNES emulator then? (So it's global) I just remember seeing several areas to place custom CMD lines and don't want to screw it up. (sorry, i'm a noob with frontends and RA) I'll be sure to look for that line to change as well, thanks. I would simply put the straightforward replacement as "bsnes_accuracy_libretro.dll", right? No additional switches needed here? I have watched several video tutorials, yes. Which is saying something considering I usually avoid watching videos if possible. They were very helpful and straightforward, but don't remember the basic RA/LB tut having in-depth stuff like switches and configs (i could be wrong). Thanks again, looking forward to getting my setup finished!
  9. Hello, been using and configuring LB for awhile now (loving it!) I've recently gave Retroarch another chance and have mostly figured out how to set up - I'm trying to load my configured bsnes_accuracy_libretro core (with shaders, controllers), but am having issues launching my game. When i set my SNES emulator to Retroarch (new 1.3.4) and then add the command -c configs\bsnes_accuracy_libretro.cfg to the emulator command line, nothing happens when i launch the SNES game. Can someone tell me exactly what command I need and where to put it in LB? Is it in the game launch cmd, or the emulator custom cmd? I'm confused as to what CFG i need to load for this... I've seen 2 ways here on this forum - one is "-c configs.." and one is "-l configs.." I'm confused as to what cfg I put where. I'll be using other cores for other systems, but thought I'd start here. Thanks!
