  1. I am a big RPG fan, love them. That said, I have a TV in multiple rooms that I would like to play on. What if I had 2 computers, and installed Launchbox onto both of them in different rooms, and stored and installed all of my emulator stuff in Dropbox? In theory, it should work just fine, my saves would all be in drop box for either computer. The only potential drawback is some of those huge games load times from drop box. However, to remedy that, couldn't I just set up all of my memory cards in drop box, and install all of the actual emu stuff and roms on each computer separately?
  2. Nice! Now PS2 is done, it was actually pretty easy, I expected it to be most difficult of them all.
  3. Not sure if its possible, but support in Launchbox for SSF in a future release would be amazing! Seems there would have to be a way to import a virtual drive to do so though.
  4. Well all are up and running except for the PS2, I haven't tried it yet. I do have to say sadly, I am using ssf for Sega Saturn rather than the emu included in retroarch. It is just so much more accurate it seems to me, plus the one in retroarch wouldn't play the patched game that I primarily wanted Saturn to play. Now on to PS2!
  5. I definitely plan to add other systems. I still don't have the SNES, PS2, or Gameboy Advance, N64, or Sega Saturn up and running yet. I do have NES, Sega MS, Genesis, Sega CD, PS1 (thanks to you guys), Nintendo DS, Gamecube, and Wii all running great. Its time to hit up Amazon.com for some better controller options!
  6. ok I think I have that resolved too, I changed the cue file from this: FILE "Breath of Fire III (USA) (v1.1) (Track 1).bin" BINARY TRACK 01 MODE2/2352 INDEX 01 00:00:00 FILE "Breath of Fire III (USA) (v1.1) (Track 2).bin" BINARY TRACK 02 AUDIO INDEX 00 00:00:00 INDEX 01 00:02:00 to this: FILE "Breath of Fire III (USA) (v1.1) (Track 1).bin" BINARY TRACK 01 MODE2/2352 INDEX 01 00:00:00 INDEX 01 00:02:00 And it loaded right up. Hopefully that will hold true for all games such as this. By the way, you guys are rock stars, your help is much appreciated!
  7. Ok, I got the full screen thing. I hit F1 to return to retro arch and turn off full screen mode, and it takes me back to windowed mode in the game when I hit F1 to return.
  8. Alt F10 didn't do it. I also just noticed another issue. Some games, like Tales of Destiny, have 2 image files and one cue for both. From what I have read no emulator can handle those type games correctly. PSX 1.13 would still play it. Retroarch wouldn't play it. Is there a work around for that?
  9. Thanks, I know Alt Enter did the switching on other emus, but it doesn't work for me on retroarch. While on full screen, if I hit Alt Enter, the screen will flash black for a second, and when it comes back on, its still full screen.
  10. Well, oddly enough, this time I renamed 1001 to 5501 and it worked, switched to full screen mode flawlessly. How do I toggle back to windowed mode though if I like? Also, regarding games like Final Fantasy 7 with multiple disks, what is the procedure for switching disks when you reach the end of disk 1 to put in disk 2? Thanks for the suggestion, I swear I tried it before, it didn't work, I am happy that it did this time.
  11. Thanks, I will try again, and post a screen shot if it doesn't work. In the meantime I think my problem is related to the OpenGL because Dolphin for Gamecube/Wii did the exact same thing, when I changed it to the 3D option, it resolved it on that emu. I have an Intel HD Graphics 4400 video card. According to what I read online, its compatible with OpenGL 4.0. I am wondering if it may not be compatible with older versions.
  12. Thanks for the suggestion, but honestly I have used ASC and driver booster myself for years. I run the complete scan daily with all items checked, it doesn't take any longer. I have a few more daily clean up apps I run as well to keep my PC in good shape. Regarding the other emulators, I tried both, I couldn't get retroarch to work at all (its what I use for NES, Sega Master System, Genesis, and Sega CD). I think it was a bios issue. I could not find version 5501 anywhere. I read several places to rename 7300 to 5501, or 5500 to 5501 and it would work. It wouldn't for me. For ePSXe, I tried it, and it worked just fine but looked awful. To try to remedy that, I found what appeared to be some really great guides to using shaders on youtube. I followed them to the letter, but they always messed up the aspect ratio of not only my game, but the entire PC. I tried again and again, completely removing ePSXe and starting from scratch, even removing it from the registry. Somehow now its gotten to the point that it crashes completely when trying to load an image, even from a fresh install. My PC should be plenty powerful enough, its just a couple of months old, 6 GB Ram, 64 bit Windows 10, Intel Core i3-4170 3.70 GHz processor. I am at a loss.
  13. Thanks friends, the importing issue is resolved. I only have one left and sadly its an emulator question that I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. When switching to full screen in PSX 1.13 sometimes it will lock up the entire computer so that I have to manually turn it off. When it doesn't, when I try to toggle it back to windowed so that I can switch it off, it locks it up what seems like 95% of the time. I know you folks are Launchbox experts and not PSX 1.13 experts, but I figure it doesn't hurt to ask :-)
  14. Thanks, seems to work great, but I have ran into an unforeseen problem. Some games, example Breath of Fire 3, inside of the folder has files named something like this: Breath of Fire (Title 1).bin, Breath of Fire (Title 2).bin, Breath of Fire.cue When I import into Launchbox, all 3 files have a tile in the PS1 category, and because the cue file name doesn't match the bin file name, the cue file won't launch. As a result, the game seems to launch very choppy and I fear could be buggy. Is there a way to have only one BOF title show up (maybe just drag the cue file rather than the folder), and how do I rename the cue file to work since there are 2 bin files for the game?
  15. Thanks, I see, I typed in Sony Playstation, it appears to be working. I will test it once all games are transferred to make sure the app opens!
