Ok I think I have fixed my issue I changed the video playback to Windows Media and everything is working correct. If I change it to VLC the issue comes back so I think there is something funky going on with the VLC player. Thanks for everyone's help.

I am running windows 8.1 64 bit and have ver 4.6.2 .Net Framework

When I first start Big Box I have all my images loaded (I can see them all) when I cycle the views they are there until it cycles around one time then I start to loose images happens every time. I have no problems in launch box everything works great.

Have a lot of problems with version 6.7 of Big Box. If I cycle thru the views everything is fine the first time around but if I cycle around a second time I start to loose box art images, I tried refreshing image cache but does not fix issue. Big Box also seems to lock up when I choose a game to see details when exiting out of details screen Big Box locks up have to ALT+ CTRL+ DELETE to shut down
