  1. Yes, I'm a 4-Bit Adder, holy *****
  2. alternatively, a feature to check for return values of programs that are automatically launched before the game would be even more useful, then I could do the check (and whatever other checks I might need) myself.
  3. https://bitbucket.org/jasondavidcarr/launchbox/issues/1528/emumovies-integration-feature-problems Decided to create this bitbucket ticket because this is clearly an interface bug
  4. Investigating just a bit further I stumpled upon the FTP access that EmuMovies offers. On their FTP servers the game is always listed as "Legend of Zelda, The - A Link to the Past (USA)" Putting in the game's title like that (in launchbox's game title) shows the correct downloads in the "download graphics/media" section for emumovies! so I think it's an issue with the wording of the title (the word "the" must be at the end of the string, separated with a comma and not at the beginning). I suggest the string should be manipulated accordingly before passing it into the search engine of emumovies (could be a bit problematic because the word "the" title is not put at the actual end of the string but the end of the series title... it's not "Legend of Zelda - A Link to the past, the" after all...) The reason for the issue with the Pokémon game is the é in the "Pokémon" title, which Launchbox DB does list but EmuMovies doesn't. I suggest an overhaul of the EmuMovies Search String, maybe with multiple tries, using special characters like é the first time and subsequently removing special characters and trying various combinations of the title's words (see the "the" problem).
  5. Hello, when trying to import some game's data using my EmuMovies account, the EmuMovies Tab under rightclick on game -> edit ->download graphics/media just shows "game not found in EmuMovies". If you want to try it out for yourselves, use "The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past" (Launchbox Db Id #1318). I noticed this with 2 official nintendo games, one from the pokemon and one from the zelda franchise. Is this some kind of legal issue and EmuMovies can't offer these games or is it a problem with the naming/connection between the the games in the Database of Emumovies and the Launchbox Database?
  6. See this bitbucket thingy: https://bitbucket.org/jasondavidcarr/launchbox/issues/1527/controller-check-support What do you think?
