Hi im using Lauchbox version 12.13 , my pc spec :- cpu : i9-12900k , Ram : 32gb , GPU:RTX 2080 super , OS: Windows 11 Pro Ver:21H2 I already installed again all utility for launchbox like : DirectX + dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64 + VBRuntime + Visual C++ 2019 Redistributable AIO + XNA + K_lite my problem every time i launch bigbox i get weird glitch in the video playback its keep stretching and zooming crazy on my screen and even the wheel picture and its really annoying me up , i never have this problem on my last pc only with my new pc I upload a video to show what i mean 1986108638_bigboxproblem.mp4

I just fixed my problem , first i removed the new txt file that i name it to parents.xml and then edit my LaunchBox.xml , i found the last update had break my xml and there were some "<AplicationPath>" is missing from my xml so i used Notepad++ to replace all games that missing this path and now my launchbox back working finally again :') thank you every one for trying to help me ❤️

i already said there is no parents.xml file in backup folder so i dont know what you expect me to understand ><;

i dont have any parrents file name in my backup I tried to make an empyty txt but i still getting error

Hi , im having a problems for 3 months now i had searched and tried my best to fix it but im not able to make it work and i really dont want to delete all of my settings my problem happened after i last time updated my launchbox than its stop working i will post a picture of what its showing i hope there is an easy fix for this problemand i dont have any parents.xml file in my date folder
