Hahahahaha, I am glad I posted this to the noobs section even though I have been using launchbox for a decade. (Where does the damn time go)
I had a cover art not showing up on a monitor for exactly one single game and went into view to see if I could sus anything out......
View>Media>Auto-Play Audio. Or just ctrl+U. DOH!
