Can I simply do a search for the missing dll's then include them in the Retroarch folder to keep it portable? Thank you very much for all the feedback!

OK thank you. I'm finding that it doesn't run when I move it over but I think that may be due to the emulators I'm using. Retroarch seems to be missing DLL's so I need to install the runtimes I linked. I wonder if I could find new emulators that won't require the update...

I saw that Launchbox is completely self contained and portable. What are the prerequisites for it to run on a Windows 10 machine? For example - "DirectX End-User Runtime"
