i tried Alt and F4 and that worked. so i would like that to be the esc key instead. oh and this whole folder came together in the torrent. and i dont know diddly about compiling an ahk script yet. so where do i go from here?

i dont use a launcher for the madden arcade or my wacky races and a few others. they just have their own separate exe. when i press escape for madden, nothing happens. when i press esc for wacky races the dipswitch settings pop up. i just want to easy close these specific type of games with escape like i do with the ones that have an emulator assigned. and where do i place that command line you have above? i dont have an emulator assigned so i cant paste that in the AHK section tab

yes i understand that. what if the file is in a single launcher file like my wacky races and madden arcade dumps? they both have Launcher exes. i click launcher to start it, but i cant escape the emulator using the escape key. it isnt set by an emulator to run it. it only has a self launcher. where would i put the hotkey in this instance? which tab would i paste it in? folder, other, custom fields, because once again an emulator isnt set for this rom and several others similar games to this. (not my pc games .lnk's tho)

u said convert the AHK script. where would i get the ahk script? its asking me to place it in the directory

in what section/tab do i paste that though? because the autokey section is in the emulator section which i dont have with a .lnk file

Hello Everyone.just wondering How would i make my .lnk files escape using the Esc key? i mean because those are not set by an emulator. can anyone help me with this issue plz?

i turned enable startup/shutdown screens for fusion emulator but its still happening. i have to keep opening up task manager, and force closing big box..

ok i found it. in the edit emulator section. but everything is blank. would i need a script text to fix this? it was'nt doing it before. game gear, genesis and sega master system work fine on escaping. they all run on fusion. just sega cd is having the issue.

you said something abouta pause screen for my emulator in launchbox. where would those settings be. i only see the game pause settings in options

Ok GOtcha. Fusion Emulator, Running In Fullscreen, Windows 7 and ive never messed with the pause screen settings. ive just been updating the Front end and that feature just started happening. where would those settings be located?

Can Anyone tell me why im having this problem when escaping out of sega cd games? it does'nt do it for any other system but my sega cd. it didnt use to do this. im unable to control the big box menu after hitting escape. the preview video stops playing and the cursor is gone. i cant control the keyboard either. i have to press ctrl alt delete to escape out of big box. please help. oh btw, the game does show full screen, it just records like this but thats not the issue. sega cd help.mp4

Ok...Heres Whats Happening. I've Finally Got Ninya Hayate & Time Gal Laserdisc Games Working on Daphne singe....albeit by .bat files. i want to change the input to the buttons of my choosing. i dont see a input dll file either. i guess its because of the version im using.. Help

for dreamcast, im using NullDC and have been for years. if it aint broke dont fix it ya know? also would i have to open another topic if i want to know how to escape out of the demul emulator using the esc key? the autohotkey that was defaulted on the screen doesnt work when i push esc.

when i unchecked the use file only without file name extension everything starts working. thank you very much! now on to naomi!!

Im Using demul and im almost at loading the rom but when i load it, it goes to the demul, then to the rom selection and no further.. am i missing a step here? Im almost there!! below are the settings (if they are correct) and where the game stops where i load it.

how do i disable the loading game screen or change it to something else?

i used to be able to double click the preview video and it would go full screen. how do i make it happen now?

Ive Sucessfully got RA SNES9x to load my snes games in full screen. however, the menu bar still shows up everytime i load a game. the menu says press escape to hide menu bar, but that is the button that i have set to escape the emulator. is there anything i can do to autohide the menubar without me having to use the mouse all the time?

Thank u so much. ive been trying to get this emulator to start into full screen since october. after typing that i also put $Esc:: { Process, Close, {{{StartupEXE}}} } to make it so where i could escape by pressing esc. thank you LM!!!! This should be saved so others wont have to go through this like i did!!
