  1. Thanks for the info guys! I figured some people would say to get the 1060 or 1070 but I can't lay down that much cash right now. I figured I could go with the 1050 for now, and if it isn't quite what I need, upgrade around tax return time and sell the 1050.
  2. I'm going to build a htpc for streaming movies, aaa gaming and emulation. I want it to play aaa titles and emulators at 1080p. Needs to handle ps2, Wii U, 3ds emulation and be able to upgrade in the future as emulation evolves. I'm thinking the i5 7600k cpu, asrock z270m pro4 motherboard, gtx 1050 ti gpu, and start with 8gb of ram. What does everyone think? Also need recommendations on ram. Not sure if I should go with the ddr4 2400 or something faster? Any help is appreciated!
  3. Haven't renamed it. Had already checked if it pointed to the correct folder and it was. I just finished deleting the gameboy color platform, and all the images, and imported everything again and downloaded the images from the net to see if that would work and it did not. Starting from scratch it does the same thing. I'm out of ideas. Thinking about deleting and reinstalling launchbox entirely.
  4. It's correct. Changing it doesn't help. What is strange is that where the game image should be it just has the name of the game. If I click on it the background image for that game comes up in the background but none of the other images will display where the game should be.
  5. Yes. First thing I checked. When I go in to edit per game the images show up in the bottom right of the edit screen as well. I also made sure the image file had the same name as each game but that isn't the issue either.
  6. When I import games for Gameboy Color each game is totally blank. Doesn't even have the launchbox logo that it should have if no images were downloaded. I can hover the mouse over the area it should be and highlight it, and then I can right or left click as usual and start or edit that game but it has no image there at all. Have selected and edited individual games and even if they have images downloaded nothing shows up. I have even tried deleting the entire gameboy color platform, and did it over importing all games and it is the same. All of the games import, but are completely blank.
  7. I can't figure out how to get x input game controller on my new GDP win to work on launchbox/big box. I've tried switching it to x input before starting the program and that isn't working.
  8. I originally had the ps1 files in launch box games folder with epsxe pointed to them and it gave me the problems I've had for some reason.
  9. So I finally got it to work last night. Installed the newest .net framework and that didn't help. I ended up moving my ps1 game files from the games folder in launch box to the games folder I created in epsxe and it worked. Thanks to everyone for the help and info. I have a new GPD Win coming Monday and hopefully this setup will work well on it as well.
  10. Nothing has worked so far. Going to try reinstalling the .net framework. That is the only thing I haven't tried.
  11. I have the openGL driver and it does the same thing. Won't load from launch box.
  12. It is windows 10. I will try updating drivers and the directx install and see how it goes. Thanks guys!
  13. Yes. Retroarch works on its own, but freezes in the exact same place when launched from launchbox.
